once upon a time... fairytale canvas

today i want to show you another creation i made last week.
For this project i used cracklepaste and some lace for the backround, different embellishments, flowers, dried roots and art stones. For the color i used some Lindy's sprays and artalchemy paints. To highlight everything i used white gesso and inkagold. Thanks for watching

Hi everyone! It's a new month and a new chance to join our challenges on the mixed media academy challenge blog. theme this month is again 'anything goes' mixed media except cards/tags/atcs. All details  here . As my inspiration for the challenge i created this art journal page. For this i worked in an old book. Old books are great for art journaling, they are cheap and easy to get and i just love this vintage look of the old pages and skripts.  I used white gesso to prepare the pages, fussy cutted some stamped elements and sticked them with gel medium. For the colors i used Lindy's Stampgang Sprays. For extra texture and insterest i added some strings.  this dragon-fly is stamped too. I glued it only in the middle to make it look a little dimensional. Thanks for watching, i hope you like my page and i could inspire you to create something for our challenge.
